Enjoying the last popsicles of summer as the cold weather starts to make recess outside a little less fun.
Adelaide furiously working on her math patterns . . .meanwhile Avonleah seems to have gotten a little sidetracked with Adelaide's math counting bears. . .
Adelaide wanted to learn how to make a pie so we had a cooking class and made a delicious apple pie completely from scratch!!
Our local library had a huge lego event and we spent a couple hours digging through more legos than we could ever dream of. . .my girls were the only girls there for some reason . . .
Everyone loves to get involved when we are doing linking cube patterns. . .this is using all 100 cubes!
We made a birdhouse to celebrate the end of our bird studies. . .we'll probably wait until spring to hang it outside though.
We saw a whole herd of deer one day and the does all had little babies . . .it was a timely site since we are studying Bambi in Literature class.
