The Paris White Foundation, sponsored Avonleah for swimming lessons. After only a two week intensive course Avonleah went from sitting on the sidelines hugging herself and shaking to full on floating, and bobbing, and basic swimming skills. It was an amazing experience and was really a confidence booster for Avonleah. After the second lesson she got out of the pool and exclaimed "I loved loved loved that" and when it was all over she asked if she could take swimming lessons until she was 12 because she was going to be a "super swimmer!" Thank you to the Paris White Foundation for not only providing my girls with proper fitting life jackets but for sponsoring Avonleah so she could learn a necessary life survival skill.
