Halloween 2013

I had to figure out how to be a fun mom and a fun teacher on Halloween and that is a chore let me tell you. . .but it worked out really great thanks to a little extra Diet Coke and a few extra tootsie rolls!  We had a delightful breakfast of Boo Biscuits and Goblin Guts (yogurt) *yuck*! Then we did all sorts of Halloween themed things at school and the girls had tons of fun at our class celebration!  After Daddy got home we played games (Monster Mash, Don't Eat Pete Boo!, TP Mummy) and had some scary dinner treats (mummy dogs, roasted fingers, and candy corn mousse).  But the hit of the night was definitely the witches brew. . .dry ice is the cheapest magic trick ever!  We got all dressed up and headed out trick or treating and came home with quite the loot, which bytheway is still hiding on top of the fridge.  They srsly have forgotten all about it and for that I am thankful!  What a beautiful Aurora Avonleah was, and Adelaide's "alacorn (her word for a mix between a Pegasus and a Unicorn) was so much fun she galloped and galloped all day long, but I have to say that making Abigail be a garden gnome was beyond funny.  She was scowling at everyone and at one house the lady said, "oh that little garden gnome fellow is so grumpy!"  She is so hilarious!  Happy Halloween!
