So since I will not adopt a dog . . .or foster a dog . . .or even consider a dog because of my 3 P rule "they poop, they puke, they are peee---uuuu stinky", we have several family and friends who fulfill my kids' dream by sharing their lovely doggies. Adelaide names people's homes by their dogs, so she'll insist we go to "Koda's house" instead of the Alfrey's or "Blue and Toby's house" instead of Aunt Nichole's . . .it's so funny! Aunt Nichole watched the girls for a couple hours the other day while I helped a friend move and Adelaide was in dog heaven, I think she thinks Blue is a baby ha ha! She talked about that darn little chihuahua all night long!
