Although Avonleah loves all her aunts and uncles it seems she holds a special spot for Uncle D. It's almost as if she knew that he was visiting home for the last time before he's deployed to Iraq and gave him all the extra love and kisses that she had! In return I must say that I am ever grateful for him teaching her about wooden floor sliding and spinning, the proper way to hold your hand for saying "hang loose dude!" and how to appropriately use wrestling moves such as "arm bar." He also introduced her to Fun Dip. . .oh there's nothing more exciting to a parent than a three year old hyped up on Fun Dip and pulling your arm out of socket while screaming, "arm bar, tap out!" and then standing up and saying "hang loose dude!"
