Oh What Do You Do In The Summer Time?!

According to the Fox 13 News, there have been only 4 sunshine filled weekends this summer in Seattle. . .Well, in lieu of our current living situation (trying to move out of the in-laws basement) we spent one of these beautiful sunny days, waiting in the car, offering moral support as Scott attended yet another job interview! After two hours, the Ipod Video was out of batteries, the windows were smudged and licked beyond recognition, the granola bars and pretzels were smooshed neatly into the floor and upholstery, the parking lot had lost it's allure of "line walking", and the fort (where you lay down the seat so you can sneak back into the trunk) was "too hot." Amidst the frustrated cries of boredom, I told her to "take a deep breath and just relax for a few more minutes." I heard a fake snoring sound and looked back to find this perched neatly in the back window!. . .:)
