I know I know I'm incredibly crafty
Scott said it wasn't Thanksgiving without an apple pie, a pumpkin pie, a cherry pie and a creme pie. . .ummm we have only 5 people in our family . . .we ate pie for days and days.
Tried to be fancy until I realized I had no placemats and no table cloths, well construction paper for placemats and an ironed sheet for a tablecloth works right!
Our Turkey and Indian for the Thanksgiving story (the real one of course), the girls also memorized a wonderful poem called "For Creation and Providence" that they recited.
Now that's a lot of yummy food. . .I miss having Thanksgiving with my family, I wish they lived closer.
