General Conference is a looked forward to event at our house. The girls really look forward to setting up the conference tents, getting their conference activity packets and more importantly they get super excited to see the conference store open each year. The faithfully listen to all 8 hours and are ready to answer questions when we pause it for the reward of conference cash that can be spent on all sorts of fun stuff at the conference store. This year we added something fun by putting pictures up of the 1st Presidency and Quorum of the 12 and whenever one of them spoke each girl got a post it note to write what they spoke about and then stick it by their pictures. It was fun to see what each person really gleaned from their talks. This is such a fun weekend for us and we really love getting instruction and love and warnings from the great leaders of our church. We feel so blessed.
