Kidney Stones . . .

I had my first kidney stone pass at the beginning of January and from January to May it was just a every other week event of passing stones, going to the ER, getting kidney infections, having a surgery, go home. . REPEAT.  So of course my parenting and cooking and cleaning skills went really down hill as I struggled to just stay in survival mode.  My children sometimes got leftover weekend donuts for breakfast on Monday.  I was really blessed by the cutest care package from Shae and his family full of Kidney Stone (rock, pebble, etc).  It was such a delightful treat to know I had people far away thinking of me and taking time to remember me.  I just love my family!  They're the best.
