Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!!! Things are well here in our little green world. . .Avonleah woke up excited to wear her lucky shirt

and requested a Shamrock themed hairstyle which required a little internet searching and a lot of patience!. . .

And despite all our hard work and research, we did not catch that tricky little leprechaun this year so no pot of gold for us. . .he left us a yummy trail of Lucky Charms, a little note telling us we were tricky little lasses but not tricky enough to catch him and . . He made quite the mischievous mess in our room, green tinted water in our toilet, and many other little leprechaun tricksSo in honor of this great snake banishing Saint, we celebrated with a brunch of Irish Chicken and Dumplings and delicious Soda Bread followed by green drinks and fun tales of Leprechauns. Did you know that if you listen very carefully on St. Patrick's day you may hear the tap tap tapping of a little Leprechaun hammer fixing your shoes? . . . .
